Contact
(1) The free warranty period ranges from 12 months up to 36 months from the date of purchase, depending on the customer and product. If a malfunction occurs under normal use within the warranty period, you can request a repair at no charge.
(2) We will receive and process your service request according to the company’s quality assurance process. Within 24 hours of the request, we will provide an on-site defect analysis and an action plan.
(3) After on-site service and repairs, a related A/S report will be provided to the customer.
The following cases may incur service charges:
(1) Replacement of consumable parts
(2) Expiration of the free warranty period
(3) Malfunctions caused by intentional or negligent user actions
(4) Malfunctions caused by natural disasters
(5) Malfunctions due to abnormal power supply or connected devices
(6) Malfunctions resulting from omission of regular inspections (hardware & software)
(7) Malfunctions caused by modifications or maintenance performed by unauthorized personnel (not company-certified service agents)
(8) Any other service requests; costs will be charged to the responsible party based on the troubleshooting results.
